  4. Do you find it hard to stay away from the Internet for several days at a time?
  5. Have either your work output or your personal relationships suffered as a result of spending too much time on the Internet?
  6. Are there particular areas of on the Internet, or types of files, you find hard to resist?
  7. Do you have troubling controlling your impulses to purchase items, products, or services on the Internet?
  8. Have you tried, unsuccessfully, to curtail your use of the Internet?
  9. Do you derive much of your pleasure and satisfaction in life from being on the Internet?

How did you do?

If you answered yes between 0 and 3 times, you probably won’t become an Internet addict.

If you answered yes between 4 and 6 times, there’s a chance you could become an Internet addict.

If you answered yes between 7 and 9 times, there’s a good chance you could become an Internet addict.
